Note: Everything on this site is speculative and I am not an attorney,
I am an amateur futurist, and this site is an attempt to pose what-if scenarios so we could improve the resilience of our society, in the face of autocratic so called 'futureproofing' deals that serve to do an end run around democracy in all sorts of areas, stealing future policy space for corporations.
Questions should be being asked about the legitimacy - given their democratic deficit, of these trade and investment agreements, because they have become an undemocratic, higher-level supranational government of by and for the global oligarchy, not "We the people".

More on GATS, TRIPS, TISA, and what services can remain public.
